The project is situated on a prime plot of land alongside Soi Rajchawaroon on Pratumnak Hill and is comprised of 37 units which are spread across a low-rise, 7 story building. The project was completed in 2007 by the McInnus Corporation who prior to that had completed “Executive Residence 1” and have since then gone on to complete “Executive Residence 3 & 4” on the adjacent plot of land next to Executive Residence 2. This low-density project features large plus sized apartments with oversized balconies, and thanks to the projects highly strategic location near the crest of Pratumnak Hill, each and every balcony with the possible exception of the 1st floor feature breathtaking sea and island views. Similarly the project also boasts an impressive array of amenities, such as it’s 15 meter long ground floor swimming pool with it’s elevated wooden footbridge set amongst a pleasant tropical landscaped garden. Perhaps a personal favorite of mine is the open-air hallway corridors, which gives one an enhanced feeling of space thanks to their pleasant breezes and views overlooking Buddha Hill. Whereas the 3 separate projects, namely “Executive Residence 2”, “Executive Residence 3” and “Executive Residence 4” form one large condominium development complex and/or community which is comprised of 128 units in total.
