City Garden Tropicana is a located on a prime 2 Rai plot of land alongside Soi Naklua 16/1 in the upscale residential neighbourhood of Wong Amat. The low-rise, 8-storey building is comprised of 188 units, ranging in size from 23 square meter studios to 49 square meter 1 bedroom and 77 square meter 2 bedroom condo apartments.

City Garden Tropicana was completed in May 2016 by the Global Top Group who is widely gaining recognition as being one of the best medium sized developers in Pattaya with a whole host of successfully completed projects to their name, such as “City Garden Pattaya”, “City Garden Pratumnak” and “Paradise Ocean View” to name but a few.

Personally, I’ve been very impressed with the quality of build within “City Garden Tropicana” , not to mention the fact that the development boosts an impressive list of amenities, such as not 1 but 3 ground floor swimming pools together with a fully-equipped gymnasium with a sauna and steam room.
